Look, sometimes its more important how it tastes than how it looks! Made with my end of season harvest of green and yellow peppers this saus is mild to medium heat with a classic hot sauce flavor. Perfect for nachos, tacos, brats and hot dogs - incredible flavor, even though the color is a bit...gross.
