This is a blueberry hot sauce that brings a massive amount of heat with it! A mix of super hot red peppers and fresh blueberries with just the right amount of sugar to give you a sweet, fiery hot sauce. I LOVE this on ice cream and pancakes - yes, really. It's also great on pork, fish, poultry or any dish you can imagine that would benefit from a spicy sweet flavor explosion.
