NuMex Centennial is a beautiful pepper plant that grows a bunch of small 1" peppers that ripen from a beautiful royal purple to a vibrant red. The foliage can be mildly variegated but mostly has some anthocyanin type blushing. Heat level is probably around 100k SHU and I love to use them dehydrated with other ornamental peppers for a delicious, heat-providing powder.
