This year I grew the new Purple Tomato - the first tomato that is truly purple on the inside and packed full of antioxidants! So of course, I had to make some taco saus with them! This is a mild version of my Taco Saus featuring only purple tomatoes. They do brown up a bit when cooked, and these spent hours on the smoker over hickory wood to give it that classic smoky roasted flavor! Get it fast, this one will be gone quick and wont be back until MAYBE fall of 2026!
