Aji Ayuyo is a beautiful pepper plant that goes through a few color changes from white to yellow to orange and red! The fruit are low heat and a nice mellow sweetness with hints of a pear flavor. Delicious when fresh, amazing when pickled! A great pepper you will love to grow!
