China sent many types of vegetable seeds into space on several missions to try and increase the occurrence of mutations that would speed up growth, increase yields, and even add more vitamin C to the fruits! They produced 10 varieties of hot peppers as a result, and here you can find them all! I am always growing these peppers, so at times some varieties may be out of stock, but fear not - they will be replenished.
